As a team manager in FIFA Manager 13 for PC download, you have complete control over the management of a modern football club. With access to more than 40,000 licensed players, many of whom come with original player pictures, it’s up to you to make the decisions that will take your club to victory and win you fame and fortune. In this 12th edition of the franchise, you can get inside the player’s heads with the new Team Dynamics feature, which allows you to get an overview of team hierarchy, rivalry, personality clashes, personal goals, family relationships and much more. You will have to talk to your players, speak to their expectations and inspire their goals to build a strong team that can go the distance.

But your abilities as manager must extend beyond signing the right players and coaching the team. You must also control the maintenance and expansion of your club facilities, stadium and public image. You will see the results of your every decision play out on the pitch with the FIFA 3D engine and enhanced screen resolution. New interface controls and a unique, comprehensive editor streamline your experience and let you spend more time on building a winning club. Play in Player Manager or National Team Manager mode, as well as the new Create-a-Club mode.

• Get to know your players with new team analysis features: Every player of the team has his personal objectives. Some want to become a first-team regular. Others want to play for their country, while some simply want to improve their skills to become captain. You will have to persuade players to change their goals and work together for the benefit of the team.

• A new streamlined interface keeps you in the action: The new quick access menu bar allows you to select as many menu items as you like. The Player Development Tool allows you to predict the career path of players depending on parameters like injuries and matches played. An Upcoming Events screen allows you to act immediately or set reminders for future actions.

• Boost your team’s performance at halftime: The new halftime feature gives you more control with detailed player speeches and new team speeches. Choose to boost the energy of a player by a massage or medical treatment for their injuries. Get more direct feedback on your decisions and the new Assistant option to help your delegate your more menial work and focus on the win.
